Requirements
2 years sales experience required
Electronic components distribution experience a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a Full-time, Monday – Friday position in Fort Myers, FL.

Asset recovery

This role helps new and existing customers sell off unwanted excess electronic components to recover return on investment via lot buy and consignment contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a phone sales background and accustomed to investing the majority of the day engaging leads.

Requirements
No experience is necessary BUT Consignment negotiating experience is a plus.

General Employment Questions

Q: I am interested in applying for a position. What do I do?

Q: What information should I include on my resume?
A: In addition to the traditional information, it is helpful to include previous employment history and experiences in the position you are applying, date you are available to start and the time it is best for us to contact you.

Q: Once I send in my application, how do I know where I stand?
A: Typically, our team will review resumes bi-monthly and , if interested, contact you within two weeks for an interview. If we have not contacted you within that time, we have likely chosen to keep your resume on file for the time being.

Q: I filled out an application. What happens next?
A: All applicants will be notified within 30 days of receipt of the application. In the event we have elected to not pursue you for employment at this time, you will be notified of receipt and your application will be kept on file for one year to potentially fill future career opportunities.

Q: If hired, what hours will I work?
A: Global Solutions is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00-5:00. Except during initial training, these are our basic work hours.

Q: Is there overtime involved?
A: Depending on your position, overtime may be required. Sales positions particularly require 10-15 additional hours per week of homework.

A: Most positions require complete immersion in the material by the new team member. Due to the nature of the work and the time investment required to become an effective team member, we discourage those who have multiple jobs from applying.
